loneliness tips for you :-)

i think is loneliness a subjective which all living life can feel when no entertainment or no partner for play or talk. this situation can be relate to the friendship,family and individuals its self.  if you think you are loneliness, i think better get friend to entertain you before it get worst.. 
1) make sure you get enough rest 
2) make sure have good health and no stress surrounded you
3) call or invite your friend doing some activity but make sure it the good one not the bad one..ok!
4)if you really don't want to disturb anybody, lets make your body relax making 'spa' on your own house, such made your own masker or bath aromatherapies by using nature plant.. or use your creativity to make it..

5) well pets also can make you happy. care of them such as a cat you can take to bath or play with their tools or whatever
6) you also can try new home made cook or creative product by using waste product from your home decorate it and if you clever you can make a sale with it..
7)clean up your place this will make you comfort 
all this above are some tips to whom that feel so boring or loneliness at home or during holiday..
